The most popular part of this class is the individual massage we give each other at the end. Exercises are gentle to your joints, while building muscle tone and improving balance. Several participants say they feel much better after the class. We use chairs, so you don’t have to get up and down from the floor. If you gave up on Tai Chi or Yoga, try this class!
