WHAT IS BANZAI?
Banzai is about making an impact in this world, far out of proportion to age, position, and influence. It’s about following Christ in every way,; in love, mind, and actions. It’s about living by following Christ’s commandment to “Follow Me”, regardless of where He calls us to go…
As a youth ministry we focus on four areas that God has called us; fellowship (growing together in Christ), knowledge (developing your mind in service to Him), Evangelism (verbally sharing our faith with our community and the world), and service (showing His love with our actions).
“Jesus replies, ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, and mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. The second is like it, “Love your neighbor as yourself.’ All the Law and prophets hang on these commandments.” Matt. 22:37-40
“”Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, teach them all I have commanded you. And surely, I am with you always, to the very end of the age” – Jesus of Nazareth Matt. 28:18-20
