Improve your balance, flexibility and state of mind with this beginning level class. We meet in the Chapel Wednesdays at 9:30 am. Classes are free and open to the public. Wear comfortable, stretchy clothes.

Stretch Classes
Tuesdays at 9:30 am in the Chapel

The most popular part of this class is the individual massage we give each other at the end. Exercises are gentle to your joints, while building muscle tone and improving balance. Several participants say they feel much better after the class. We use chairs, so you don’t have to get up and down from the floor. If you gave up on Tai Chi or Yoga, try this class!
Tai Chi Classes
Tuesdays at 4 pm in the gym
Chao-Ming Huang teaches this ancient Chinese form of agility training at several locations in Chattanooga. This “slow motion” fitness regimen builds bone density, adds grace to your everyday movements, and increases flexibility and balance. It’s not as easy as it looks, either!
At least 6 people must participate for the class to continue. Sign up in the Atrium.
The class is open to Youth and Adults, and to the community
